Pleasant View Apartments

Pleasant View Apartments is located at 7540 Hurd Street, Mission, BC.  This independent living 3 floor apartment building was built in 1988 and fully renovated in 2020. These one bedroom units with balcony and storage rooms are for  low income seniors.  Rents are subsidized through BC Housing. Rent rates are based on 30% of a person’s gross income and are reviewed annually or as needed. A security deposit of half a month’s rent is required at move in.  Pleasant View Apartments is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets.

A common coin laundry room is located on each floor. A common lounge area equipped with kitchen can be used with other tenants and booked for private gatherings. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure the lounge is left in a clean and neat state after use. A guest room is also available to rent at a nominal rate. A Caretaker lives on site, responds to emergency situations and liaisons closely with the Building Maintenance Officer who oversees the maintenance of all Pleasant View facilities.  The administration office is next door at our Pleasant View Campus of Care building so assistance is never far away.
