Pleasant View Housing Society is currently accepting two social visitors per client as per direction from the Public Health Officer.
All visitors must show acceptable proof of vaccination and submit to COVID-19 screening before being permitted to visit with a client. If clients or visitors present with any symptoms, the visit will not proceed. Visitors and clients must wear medical masks during their visit and are expected to practice hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette (i.e. cough or sneeze into elbows/sleeves and disposing of used tissues properly).
Visitation restrictions aim to protect the vulnerable population who reside at Pleasant View Campus of Care. Pleasant View Housing Society follows the recommendations put forward by Fraser Health Authority, Public Health, and the Assisted Living Registrar.
Please note that Pleasant View Housing Society is required by law to follow policy put forth by the Public Health Officer, the Fraser Health Authority and the Assisted Living Registrar. Therefore, our Policies and Procedures are revised as required and are in accordance with these governing bodies’ directions. These visitor practices may be updated as required with renewed direction from the Ministry of Health Officer. This visitor protocol replaces the earlier visitor protocol.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding as we all work together through these unusual times.
PLEASANT VIEW HOUSING SOCIETY
